Courses Overview

South Piedmont Community College is pleased to announce the offering of several NFPA Firefighter I & II courses at Monroe Fire Dept. Fire Dept. in Union Co., These courses are being offered to all responders from Union, Anson, and Mecklenburg Counties.

Attendance to 70% of each class is required for certification, as well as, successful completion of written and practical assessment exams. This course will require students to review OSFM study guides in order to fully comprehend course material.

    In-State resident public safety officials:  No Charge/ Free

    Out of State resident public safety officials: $60

    Meals, snacks, and travel are at the expense of each student. There will be breaks for meals throughout the course.
